I used to like going here and I would always ask to cut my hair a little but since I like it pretty long. I always ask for a taper and cut a little on the top and even showed the person the image. This time I had to get it with the person that no one likes to go. She did not even do the sides like I asked and she cut my hair very very short. When I noticed I told her I don’t want it too short and she just said ok and continued cutting it. It took a long time for me to grow my hair and she just messed it up.

The customer service is great and prices are for the most part pretty affordable, but the ONE thing holding back this review is that they did not clean off the hair clippers before they used them on me and I hope it’s not common practice. The clippers were pulled out of the “soiled” and I definitely do not have grey hair so I know it was not mine.

I had been to Salon V for permanent hair straightening. Tina gave me a clear overview and also did a great job. My long hair got a super straighten look. These ladies are hardworking and at the same time they do a professional job. I am very much convinced would always go here till Iam in Bay area. Tina is a great owner and customer friendly. I would recommend this Salon.

do not ever go here. I clearly asked this Japanese lady if they do “eyebrows” and she said “No” When it clearly says on the board. “Eyebrows =$10” If it’s because i’m a boy. Haha It’s okay i don’t want your filthy hands on my eyebrows . But anyways i’m not waisting my money on this salon. (period) “.”

I used to always go here for any service no matter what but recently I am not happy with the service as well as the customer service they provided me. It was really rushy and I think that was the reason they did not paid real attention to my service and hence it didn’t come out the way it should’ve. They told me to blow dry my hair myself as they were busy with other customers not once but twice. This is not professional at all. I spent good money and in return I was expecting something really better than I’ve received.

Salon V is the best men’s haircut place in the area for sure. The hair stylist is very skilled and their price is affordable. I was having really hard time to get my haircut when they were temporarily closed due to covid. So glad they opened again! Strongly recommend if you looking for a haircut place for guys.
