This is a great place to go if you want your hair ruined. I dropped my daughter off here to get her hair done. When she came out she was crying because of how awful it looked. Unevenly died, her hair is fried, and chunks are falling out. Do. Not. Recommend. This would be higher rated if they had cut my daughters hair when she asked. They refused saying they already spent “so much time on it”. Disgraceful.

Absolutely horrendous, terrible communication, rushed experience, she had 2 customers waiting and only took 20 minutes on my haircut, I specially asked her to even it out because last time the bangs were an inch to long. This time she gave me a typical bowl cut when I communicated with her I’d like it even, just angled down wards. However, she did whatever she wanted to do and now my hair looks like that bird from happy feet. This place also does not give refunds so if u want a longer hairstyle, make sure to get it really long and make them slowly touch up because this experience was rushed.

FAIL. I DO NOT SUGGEST GETTING A WOMAN’S CUT HERE. I had Lon cut my hair. I had a picture of what I wanted. Told her I was trying to keep my length, but didn’t want it to angle too drastic. She chopped off about 6 in. of my hair. Looks nothing like the pic, and she claimed I was trying to get a free hair cut and nothing was wrong with my hair. She would not refund money. Her only solution was to cut MORE off so it would angle.

12 years ago someone butchered my hair and I happened upon this place by chance. Chau corrected what Supercuts did. I’ve remained loyal since then. I know exactly what I’m getting, Chau is 100% consistent and the price is reasonable. I’ve followed her to the new location and now I take all 3 of my boys there. My brother now goes there and my friends do too. True enough we’re guys with fairly simple hair cuts, but that’s all I have to go on and I’m happy with the salon. Obviously I recommend it. Thanks!!

Paula did my hair. I asked for a balayage and she didn’t know what that was nor did she do a good job. I had to cut off 6 inches from my hair because it was so fried. She also left blotches of blond and didn’t know how to blend any blonde with brown.

5* for John and Chau, -1 stars for everyone else. I have been going there for at least 10 years (between both locations). John can cut a pretty good flat top which seems to be a lost art, when my son was young I must have taken him to 20 places until I went to LV and he actually made it look right. Chau does a good job on me and I regret EVERY time I let someone else cut my hair there.
