This was my first time getting my hair colored and Mario couldn’t have done a more prefect job! I got a purple balayage and it’s so pretty. He helped me decide what would look best in terms of where the color was placed and was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Was hesitant to come here because in my experience, when I say just an inch, they cut more than an inch. Was not the case here. The stylist who cut my hair was very efficient and I spent maybe ten minutes here for my trim (I didn’t want a blow dry or anything else). My haircut was cheap!! Not sure how popular this place is but I think this is a nice hidden gem in the area!

I have lived in the area for over 10 years and had a couple experiences at this salon. Their biggest pro are the prices.. very reasonable, especially if you’re getting a simple trim or styling. However, they definitely reflect the customer service. I recommend this salon for simple appointments like men’s and children haircuts, simple trims, or a casual hair styling. Anything complex or multi color dye jobs, I’d invest in going somewhere else. Also, not a deal breaker as they never have turned me away for this reason, but if you’re not a Spanish speaker you might encounter slight communication barrier. The biggest con (in my opinion) is their approach with customers.. there have been several times where I felt awkward or unwelcome while trying to book my appointment or during…as if the employees were annoyed with my presence.. which sucks no matter what establishment you visit. This has happened yet again this week. I noticed they are responsive to their customers in FB comments so in order to comply with their COVID procedure and limit the face to face contact I have message them with basic details about my hair, what I was looking to get and kindly asked to schedule an appointment.. I am very disappointed to say that I was IGNORED. They read my message and didn’t bother to answer or even advise to call regarding an appointment.. in the meantime I managed to book somewhere else.. a $300 appointment. I don’t know about you, but I don’t intent to go back somewhere my business and time isn’t desired or appreciated. I’m very reasonable, patient, detailed and like I said I was ready to book with money in hand.. I’m not sure why my business wasn’t good enough for them, but I rather invest in a business that took their time to answer my questions and made me feel welcomed before I even got to the salon. Salon V will remain as my back up trim salon..
