Thank You Karen for always, from the first appt. Making me feel welcome. Everyone working there is great..Karen is an amazing stylist. I am thankful for her patience, (as i have changed my ideas often). But i always walk out with exactly what i asked for..I always look foward to my next appt..The shop itself is always clean and beautiful. Good service, but too expensive. Got roots touched up, partial highlights, glaze, cut, dry $300. When you get that many services, they should just dry it without extra charge. My hair dried in three minutes (thin hair). Nice people. Various decor or merchandise ( stuff ) everywhere makes it feel cluttered, chaotic, dirty and dated. Theme days for staff are annoying and feel unprofessional. Yay team, but keep customer focused.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Uccelli Salon! After years of bad haircuts I finally discovered this salon and I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have been going there for many years now and never had one complaint. The employees are all very professional and the salon has a welcoming and friendly vibe. I see Desiree who is an excellent stylist and colorist, not to mention a warm and funny person.

I love Salon Uccelli. I have never had a bad experience there and always leave with the exact style I wanted. Rebecca is my favorite there — she listens to what I want and helps to translate it into a style or color that works for me. Everyone is respectful and sweet, and always makes sure I’m comfortable.

My 5 year old daughters bangs got butchered somewhere else, she was hysterical saying that this was her worst nightmare. I called this salon and they told me to come right over. Stephanie did what she could to even out the bangs and make them look presentable, she talked to my daughter the entire time making my daughter comfortable after the traumatic haircut that she had been through prior to going to salon uccelli. And she braided my daughters hair afterwards making my daughter feel beautiful. I can’t thank her enough and we will never go anywhere besides salon uccelli.
