Critical: ValueWell first, the girls are very friendly. However, they were not knowledgeable on their process. I bought a groupon for a Brazilian blowout. Being a first timer, I asked details about keratin and blowouts and was told keratin was only used to straighten (not strengthen) hair. I was hoping for a treatment that would coat my strands and strengthen them. I am Irish with straight blonde hair. The girls were certainly used to straightening very curly or kinky hair, but not hair like mine. Though I left with smooth hair, only a few hours later, the damage really showed up. For my type, they could have used their coating with a thorough blowdry and completely skipped the flat iron. The flat iron was much too hot for my hair and damaged it further. (My hair was straight and smooth prior to applying the flat iron). This was my first time, and I wish I had known to have them skip this step. The entire time I had to lecture them on how to be gentle with hair (not vigorously rubbing it against the strand or trying to detangle from the root instead of the end). My hair was delicate going in and I had hoped that a professional would know how to treat that circumstance. I certainly took a step backwards in the care if my hair, and I hope my review helps someone like me. Dont let them use that super hot iron on your hair! People with very curly hair need high heat, but my straight hair did not. The before and after they post in their reviews is hair wet and unbrushed vs blowdried with a shine spray so it’s misleading. Here is my hair before and after the flat iron… the only visible difference is the shine spray …and then my hair a few hours later. They really do a thorough job and did not upcharge me (they are a good value for very curly hair) but the flat iron heavily damaged my hair type, unfortunately.Well first, the girls are very friendly. I live out of state and I always wait until I am in town to get my hair done here. I get the Brazilian Blowout and it leaves my hair silky smooth and manageable. The treatment is long lasting and the more I have it done the better the texture of my hair gets. Today I also got a color touch up. Highly recommended salon. I have been going to this salon for a few years now and I always leave feeling happy with the friendly professional service I receive. I live out of state and I always wait until I am in town to get my hair done here. I get the Brazilian Blowout and it leaves my hair silky smooth and manageable. The treatment is long lasting and the more I have it done the better the texture of my hair gets. Today I also got a color touch up. Highly recommended salon. Love the staff.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityFound this place by accident a couple of years ago… best accident ever! The customer service is amazing, and so are the results on my hair. She took her time to get my hair healthy again after a bad bleach experience. My hair is now longer and healthier than it has been in years and I get the look I want every time. Found this place by accident a couple of years ago… best accident ever! The customer service is amazing, and so are the results on my hair. She took her time to get my hair healthy again after a bad bleach experience. My hair is now longer and healthier than it has been in years and I get the look I want every time. Can’t wait to go back!
