I had a great experience with Hannah. I gave her free expression over my hair and she did not disappoint. She knew what would look best on me and gave me what I didn’t know I wanted!! Highly recommend going back. Other staff was friendly as well and the salon was nice with a great atmosphere

Hannah is absolutely AMAZING! She has done my hair for a year now and she continues to amaze me with her talent. She is very meticulous and particular when she is highlighting my hair. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her clients. My hair always looks gorgeous because specializes in BLONDES and ensures that I am happy. When I leave the salon I always look beautiful because of Hannah.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo not only do I have a wild untamed mane of hair, it’s treated to h*ll and back by myself. Went in with an idea of how I’d like my hair to look. All I can say is that I am more than happy with my cut. Hannah was amazing and did a phenomenal job! Really, bc my hair was a nightmare. I honestly think that this is the first time I’ve actually liked my hair. Lol! So hats off to you Hannah! The cut is amazing. I’ve had nothing but compliments since I walked out the door. I saw Hannah this morning. This was my first time at Salon U. Hannah was professional and easy to talk to. She was efficient and listened to my vague idea of what I was looking to do and gave me a great result, despite not being sure of what exactly I wanted. I would trust Hannah with my hair any day! Beautiful Salon , relaxing atmosphere, and reasonable prices. I was offered wine when i arrived which was a nice surprise. Hannah is my stylist I highly reccomend her. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and is extremely talented. I loved my balayage and blowout! Location is convenient with plenty of parking and nearby stores and restaurants.

I had the worst service at this place, the owner is extremely rude! So My daughter started working at a salon u in September and I saw they did extensions something I wanted for years due to me having very thin hair from medical issues.so I made a consultation with the owner. When I had the consultation she didn’t seem to be really paying attention she was rushed and was running behind and was doing other things but I figured ok she is the owner she is just busy but she knows what he is doing. So than she was too busy for me to even pick out the colors of extensions she said she would just order them I could just stop by and pay when they came in. So than I came in and she started harassing my daughter for me to come in to pay. So I get there.. the extensions were the exact same color I already am. So I was upset told the other receptionist, Erin she said she would tell the owner but had to do it carefully because she gets upset. So the next day I go in for my full highlights and the owner was annoyed that I wanted to change the color and kept saying things to me about it. And when I was trying to explain to her and show her what I wanted kept cutting me off and would not listen and was covering pictures I was trying to show her on my phone. So than they order half of the extensions in s different color to match my new highlights so than a few days later the owner text my daughter and tells her they don’t have the blonde ones. well this upset me because I am a FULL paying client not her employee she should be calling me so I call and tell her this she immediately starts yelling and being very rude. I asked her if she speaks to all of her clients that way, because I felt like she was treating me different because my daughter was an employee. Next thing I know she is no longer doing my extensions and sets me up with someone else in her salon , Lauren so now I have different stylist and different color extensions. So now my hair doesn’t look natural to me in my opinion I have tried multiple times to get the owner to fix it she told me she believes in her opinion that no matter what she does I won’t be happy I don’t feel I am being unreasonable to have natural looking hair for what it cost and she feels my hair is a good representations of her salon. I tried multiple times to explain to her what it is I want but as soon as I try to speak to this owner but she cuts me off and starts yelling so there is never a resolution because the owner is too hot headed to listen . I just wanted natural looking waist length really blonde hair that I could still occasionally Put in a ponytail all of which she said was obtainable during my consultation none of which I have now. I have never been yelled at by a professional the way I was by Sandie and treated that way.

Went to this salon for the first time and was incredibly impressed! The staff are friendly and kind, and the space was beautiful and calming. I recommend Hannah, she does a wonderful job!Also, the prices are really reasonable!
