Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSalon Twelve:Seven is so nice when you walk in you feel comfortable and so welcome right away everyone is so friendly. the atmosphere is so relaxing they even offer you a Beverage which I think is a Plus. I’m not sure how many Salons you know of that offer Beverages with there services but I don’t know of too many that do. This place is always busy with so many happy clients walking in and walking out. My beautiful young lady that does my hair does an amazing job her name is Stephanie Shaffer she has done so many things with my hair and It always turns out Amazing!!! And the lady across from her Liz I’ve watched her do clients hair as well and the results are Amazing!!! And the Owner is super Sweet and she is Phenomenal with hair! Salon Twelve:Seven is so nice when you walk in you feel comfortable and so welcome right away everyone is so friendly. the atmosphere is so relaxing they even offer you a Beverage which I think is a Plus. I feel like I get the royal treatment(a purple massaging shampoo chair, WHAT?). And it just feels like home after only a few visits. So grateful for the positive energy there EVERY TIME. Stacey does a fabulous job on my cut/color while Chi does my eyebrow waxing (and has also done relaxers and up-do’s for me). The atmosphere is always welcoming and both ladies are always flexible if I have anything come up and need to reschedule. There are several new stylists at the salon and I have no doubt they are qualified and on par with the high standard of work of the other professionals at this salon.
