I wish I could include a picture of what a terrible job I received for such a simple design. I did short nails with pink glitter and every nail is a different shape. Wide and just ugly. A day later I started seeing my nail polish lifting/ bubbles ! Their products are clearly CHEAP. She left numerous cuts and all I needed was a full set nothing out of the ordinary or fancy.. The lady was so sweet and assured me I’d love my nails that I had nothing to worry about! So I feel bad that it really is just Probably lack of experience but definitely not customer service! But yea DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. you are better off driving across the street to Walgreens and buying some glue on ones

I’ve had the worst experiences trying to find a reliable nail salon to come to frequently. I’ve been to places that were wildly expensive, way too busy, cut my fingers, etc. I’ve seen it all. Nail Trap isn’t perfect, but it has the best of all worlds. I wouldn’t come here if you’re really into elaborate designs because they don’t really have anyone who specializes in that, but if you need a reliable location to provide you with simple, cheap but satisfactory work, Nail Trap is the place to go.

I will never come back to this place, my daughter and I spent $90 between the two and we feel it was a complete waste of money!! The pedicure was mediocre, I got French on my toes (so did my daughter) and the white lines were uneven and some of the nails weren’t completely paint, the previous nail polish we had before wasn’t properly removed! My daughter had a gel manicure and it was terrible as well, worst experience ever…

This had to be the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. First, they have roaches crawling all over the place. Their nail equipment is super old. The man who did my nails filed it down so much that he weakened my nails. That same day all my natural nails broke. I normally never leave reviews but I had this time so that I can save someone else the headache that I had to endure from that place. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I can only speak for my experience and it was very good. Bonnie did both my set and pedicure. She took her time as asked me intermittently if I liked it so far. The owner was also exceptionally nice to me.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE…. I will never be back to this place again. The service is quick but they do a horrible job, looks like my 4 year old painted my nails, they started lifting after a few days. One fell off so I took the rest off and under 3 of my nails was GREEN stuff that I was told was “fungus” (caused by uncleaned equipment). Ive never had such a bad experience with my nails until now.

No exaggeration, seriously the worst manicure ever (and I’m 35). I’m embarrassed to have actually paid for it. Literally left and went to go get another manicure! The place also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Needless to say, but I won’t ever be going back…which sucks because I just moved and looking for a new nail place and they are super close 🙁

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Went there for the first time only because Busy Nails was closed and got the older gentleman in the front and I don’t even know how they keep their customers my nails were so badly done. I recommend Bust Nails. They are worth the wait.
