A pretty nice experience. Wife had gift card from previous proprietor, so good of the new owners to honor that within a reasonable time. Massage chairs are a really nice touch. Wifes toes received a compliment in the checkout line the next day. No compliments for me yet, but I think they look nice!

I am a licensed nail technician in another state. We went here since we were out of town visitors. This salon had good ratings. However, I witnessed no sanitation between guests in the foot baths. I noticed dirty tables and things did not look clean. This is very dangerous for guests as bacteria infections can be passed between clients. Manicure and pedicure were fine but sub par.

Admittedly this place looks nice and certainly clean, but that doesn’t make up for the rude staff. A friend and I went in on a Tuesday afternoon about 3pm. We did not have an appointment so knew there was chance they wouldn’t be able to take us. There were 4-5 manicure stations and at least 4 pedicure stations, all of which were empty. There was also only one guest in the hair salon. We requested a gel manicure and a change or polish. The girl at the front desk needed us to repeat this 3 times then said to my friend we can help you then turned to me and said no (only 1 word) then began to move from the desk. When I asked is that your way of saying there is no one for a polish change she responded with “we don’t have time for you” (not in polite way either). My friend tells her that’s fine we will just go and the girl goes “well bye then” before chuckling and spin her chair so her back is to us.

The worst money spent ever. A kindergartener could have done a better job. It was unorganized and the three employees had no talent. One of them didn’t do anything. As far as the building, the walls are horrible and the room was so hot and miserable. We paid extra for the “Privileged” upgrade and that was a joke as well. There were no special seating and no photo ops at the end. Never listen to anything Leslie Dickson says, clearly she is full of it and has no taste or class. Leslie Dickson is a terrible person.

I got my nails done here 3 days ago, I still have scabs on 6 of my fingers. I asked the lady if I could keep my skin and she still was just going over my skin to make it bleed. I got a fill and spent $50 on 6 bleeding fingers.
