Sarah cut my 4 year old son’s hair. That might sound like a simple job but I’m picky and he’s barely 4 so… not a piece of cake. But Sarah nailed it! She managed to get the adorable shaggy style I was after AND she was awesome in the way she related to him. She treated him like any other customer, addressed him directly instead of looking to me for all the feedback, and made him really comfortable. He’s had a lot of haircuts in his young life because his hair grows so fast. When I asked him last night if he likes Sarah and wants her to keep cutting his hair he gave me a very enthusiastic YES and talked about her for quite a while. I’m making an appointment with her for myself next!
