She did an absolutely amazing job and was such a delight to talk to. Went in today to get my hair thinned, Joy recommend layers and I was right on board. She did an absolutely amazing job and was such a delight to talk to. Cut off two years worth of split ends and i bairly noticed a difference in lenth 10/10 job.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went and got my 3 1/2 yr olds hair cut there yesterday 7/28/20 done by I believe Amy (gray hair streak on the left bottom side, older gal). Let me save you some time…if you need a kids hair cut, don’t go if she is working. She was EXTREMELY impatient, rough, and rude to my son. He’s T H R E E years old? He’s not going to be perfectly still, or look exactly the way you want him to. She grabbed his forehead and cheeks rough and was very clearly vocalizing her impatience. Do NOT advertise that you do kids haircuts if you aren’t good with kids. I was ready to grab him and walk out, but because I have the decency and we are all going through this rough time, I paid, left her a $3 tip, and left. I will stick to where we usually good (Goodfellas Barber Shop) at least they know how to deal with toddlers. Very disappointed in this place, this was the first and very last time I will ever go here.
