I had a keratin treatment from Samantha Vanvakĺnberg. She did not know what she was doing. She really messed up my hair and my siblings. My hair is falling out after this, she pushes this service because she charges about $300 for it. She also did color on my hair before keratin. But when she messed up the keratin treatment, I called and left a message for her to fix my hair and she never returned my call. This is so frustrating. She was very unprofessional. I still have yet to get a return call. Don’t go to Sam at Salon Thrive.

I took my elderly clients there last week. They both had hair cuts and 1 got a perm. I thought they were quick and good. We had been going to a special stylist but she retired and our bar was set very high I must admit. The detail to the cuts and style were lacking to our standards but none the less,it was what we expected. We will go back unless we fate finds us a real pro! I gave this place 31/2 stars.
