I have had a monthly membership with this establishment for over a year. At 17 dollars a month, I can go anytime I want, how often I want, and I always get service with a smile. In your membership, you also get free bottled water or cans of soda, plus there is a coffee machine if you so desire. Mona is my preferred eyebrow specialist as she is fantastic and makes sure there is not one hair out of place on my brows. In fact, I usually don’t stop there unless I see her car parked outside. Not only does she treat me with respect, but, she also makes me feel welcomed and has this friendly vibe about her. I completely trust her with my eyebrows and that’s a big deal to someone like me. I don’t go anywhere else for this service! I highly recommend going at least once. I’m usually in an out within 5 minutes and there are so fast I’ve never spent more than 2 minutes waiting to be seen. If you’re a first-timer, request Mona; you won’t regret it. Two more things, there is always plenty of parking AND they are kid-friendly. They always address my 7 year old and give him a treat 🙂 10/10 I highly recommend!

Everything was fine when I bought a membership for $17.99 per month until I found d that I needed to visit about twice a week as I have some excess facial hair. It seems that the owner Ajay claims to have had trouble running my debit card. He insisted that it was declined or wasn’t accepted. I called the bank and they told me that there was no declination from the bank. It seems that this happened after he saw how many times a week I was going for service. Nelima is wonderful and sweet and obviously caught in the middle.

The original owner was incredible and did a great job. Since this place has been bought out under new ownsership it’s gone downhill. The staff is rude, they don’t even attempt to remember your face even if you’ve been there every other week for 4 years, etc. there’s one woman there the majority of the time who is terrible at threading. The thread never even catches the hair… and if you ask her to remove the obviously missed hair she tells you “it’s blonde” or “it’s skin” – lady!!!! I pay for a service, you have one job, remove the hair! Last night I went and tried to be sweet as pie and she did it again and with comments like “anything else” when she’s missed half your face, I’m surprised this chick still has a job. I actually left and went to the Pawtucket location (17 mins away) and explained what happened and the woman was amazing. She redid my entire face and actually removed all of the hair. You can tell by the styles, the woman in Cumberland has zero clue how to thread hair: I gave her several chances; but I’m done! Don’t waste your time. Go to Pawtucket or smith street instead. Another note, the $15 membership increased to $17, with no notice. I asked about it and Cumberland rudely said “prices go up!” Trust me it’s not the $2, it’s the lack of communication which is bad business.

Lady named mona who works here is so rude, she never smiled to me and greeted in like 10 months .Worst experience. Pulls the hair from the top. Not well trained. I don’t feel like my eybrows are done after threading.
