POOR SANITATION. I walked in for a threading and the man behind the counter, was in the process of handling money from cashing out a previous customer. He told me to have a seat. I watched him immediately walk over to do the service. He never washed his hands. Of course, I wouldn’t let him and walked out after telling him why. Given that they have multiple salons, it was surprising to me how UNSANITARY their practices are.
