Critical: Punctuality, QualityHello Internet people. I had to take a fee weeks before posting this review. Had I posted it the day of,it would not have been very nice. I was pretty upset when I left the salon. Looking back on things now, I regret paying. I paid 150 for something that was very disappointing. I’ll give them credit for apologizing for not explaining things better and for cutting corners to save me money. I say this because thy was the explanation that the young lady told me. She thought she would try and save me money by not using toner in my hair. This was not mentioned until after the screw up. I never once said that I had a budget. I know that this hair visit was going to run me anywhere from 300-400.I’m from a big city up north and that’s what I’m used to paying. All I asked for was for highlights. Had I known it was something that couldn’t be done or needed a couple visits for, I would have picked something else. Anyhow, things went down hill. The young lady apologized and at one point she said she just wanted to cry. Hearing something like that will make anyone freak out. I have very long straight hair. I’ve had highlights before and this has never happened. I recommend asking questions and double triple checking that they know what they are doing with your hair. It took a lot for me to not lose it and cause a seen. My hair is all messed up. They gave me an appointment to go back in and have someone fix my hair. I made an appointment because I was too upset to think. I never went back. I canceled the appointment to avoid frying my hair. I can’t afford to lose what’s left of my hair.
