I’ve taken my daughter to this salon twice, and both times we had a great experience. Stylist Kristin did an excellent job on my daughters hair both times (first time she cut medium length with bangs & layers, second time a pixie cut). She is friendly and a great conversationalist, professional and cares about the outcome. Will definitely be coming back!!

Everyone is friendly, and makes you feel at ease. Marla was excellent! For my hair cut she listened to me and my hair. The layers were perfect. For my perm she enlisted Elsie to assist. I brought a pic of the cut & color I wanted, she said np, then she called & changed my appnt twice which resulted in calendar koas, the gals weren’t friendly or chatty like they were @ my free consultation mostly ignored my questions, totally disregarded the pic, gave me a frightening cut & dye job, I calmly asked to speak with the owner, showed her the pic, asked her if she could do anything to fix my hair, she did some stuff, my hair still looked horrible & they charged me double bc 2 of them worked on my hair.

I came in for a free consultation for a hair cut and hair coloring. The salon was clean and presentable. However, once I was sat down, I felt rushed. Almost as if the hair stylist was trying to get through it as quickly as possible. She didn’t ask very many questions and just brushed my hair out and suggested that I cut it. No problem. The plan was to come in Thursday for a Malibu and cut, and then come in on Saturday for the service. Perfect. Then, unexpectedly, the salon called me wanting to switch it all to be done on Saturday– which was fine but I was told this on Tuesday afternoon when I had the appointment for Thursday, so it was late notice because I had already taken off early for work. Thursday morning comes around and I received a message from the salon saying that they had actually “misquoted” my service and it would be around $50 extra then what was originally planned. I was told that the stylist was “just having a bad night” when she quoted me. I immediately called the salon as was told I could not speak to the stylist as she was busy– understandable. The receptionist told me she would have her call me back in an hour. Three hours went by and I received no call back until later that night. On the phone I was told that “there was just nothing they could do ” even though the stylist had already quoted me. Then she says “you never mentioned you had black box dye. Also, I can’t guarantee that I can get you to the blonde you want”. ???? First, I wasn’t trying to go fully blonde or even close to platinum, just a regular blonde with a shadow root. Second, I specifically told her various times during our consultation that parts of my hair had black hair box dye left so she was FULLY aware. She stated it was no problem that I had dyed it black. I promptly cancelled my appointment. I wouldn’t recommend the salon for hair services. They switched my appointment various times, they misquoted me and said it was “due to a bad night”, and then couldn’t even get me to the regular blonde I was desiring all of the sudden?? I’m not sure about the other services offered, however this was absolutely unprofessional.

I had an appointment today and it was my first time at this salon. I was so nervous because I have very curly hair and have honestly never had the best of luck getting hair cuts but Jennifer took her time cutting my hair she did not rush at all and I absolutely love the way my hair looks now. I will definitely be getting all my haircuts at this salon with Jennifer from now on.

I’ve gone to a few salons in the area and am so happy to have landed on this one. I absolutely love going here and have full trust in my stylist. All of the ladies here are warm and welcoming, and anyone you go to is fantastic. I personally see Emma and have NEVER walked out of the salon without loving what she does. Service is wonderful and timely, and everyone is professional. Making appointments is easy and I’ve never had my appointment rushed or cancelled (this is HUGE) due to timing issues or unforeseen circumstances. However, if ever I have to change an appointment time (rare), they are very accommodating. I see my stylist when I need to see her and don’t have to worry about anything else. Go to this salon – you will be so well taken care of!
