All I can say it that after two and a half weeks waiting for an appointment for cut and color to receive a call 45 minutes before my appointment that the stylist would not be there. I was not happy. Then to be offered an 6 weeks later….. unacceptable. Never EVER again….what a joke and mess!!!!!
