Critical: ProfessionalismThis place seems to have inconsiderate staff. Madison rescheduled my appointment twice, and when I got there today they acted like they didn’t have it written down in their books. This was my second appointment. Madison seemed to kind of laugh it off and asked if I could make a third appointment for later that afternoon, which would of been fine with me but I asked my husband to take off work since this was my first haircut postpartum. It just seemed very unprofessional to ask someone to reschedule after the hair stylist already canceled on them two other times instead of just asking one of the girls drinking coffee in the back to cut my hair.This place seems to have inconsiderate staff. This place seems to have inconsiderate staff. Madison rescheduled my appointment twice, and when I got there today they acted like they didn’t have it written down in their books. This was my second appointment. I had two appointments for my daughters’ haircuts. 8 minutes before the appointment, as I was about pull into the parking lot, I get a call cancelling the appointment. It was cancelled because the stylist’s son was in the hospital, so that’s not something I’m going to be upset about at all. What makes me angry is that they waited until the absolute last minute to let me know about the change. The stylist was already at the hospital so they at least could have given me notice far earlier than they did. Disappointing customer service.

130 dollars for my hair to still be brassy in some places. I was told it has to be done in two appointments even though I’m certain my hair was already blonde enough to get it to where I wanted it. I think she just wanted me to book and pay her for two appointments. I’m extremely disappointed.
