Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNATALIE, is the bomb. She has done my hair multiple times, and I haven’t been disappointed not once. She’s amazing. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment scheduled with Seyda Ciger for 2:15. At 2:04 she texted to say she was running behind and could only start at 3pm. I was driving (30 minutes to attend the appointment) and did not see the message until I arrived at 2:10. Upon arrival, I was met with pretty much no alternative plan other than to wait and start when she was finished doing color on another client which she had clearly just started working on. Unfortunately, I had booked my entire workday around the appointment time of 2:15 and couldn’t wait to start that much later. There was no true apology for the inconvenience of my drive or the fact that I could not get a service completed during my scheduled time. No offer of coming back another day at a discounted rate or anything.
