Critical: PunctualityI have had a bad cut and color once before here. And across two stylists I have never had an on time appointment here. For instance, Melanie called me and asked me to come in 45 minutes later for my first appointment. A few months later she was late for an appointment at 9 before the store opened resulting in me leaving thinking I had come at the wrong time. She then had me wait around for a makeup appointment until she finally completely canceled at 2 pm. This prevented me from getting an appointment anywhere that weekend.
