I love groupon! You can really get some amazing deals with them. However I bought a Groupon here and honestly I have never had a hairstylist be so rude to me. I scheduled with her and unfortunately had a work situation arise where I would have to reschedule – she literally screamed at me telling me I could not cancel and if I did she was charging me extra. She made it very clear that she was gonna make me suffer for rescheduling…. Honestly I hung up on her because I knew I would never let her touch my hair even if she paid me! Groupon was totally professional and refunded me. I just wanted to warn people!
