If you need a hair cut this place is good BUT….no color/highlights! My experience was horrible. I had asked the stylish if she could touch up my highlights since my roots were beginning to show. My previous stylish moved so I gave this place a try. She said she could, and after 3 hours my hair was visibly damaged, overprocessed and brittle…and to top it off the highlights were grayish blue! I currently have 5 colors on my hair…she kept saying she was aiming for ash blonde but I never asked for that. I had to go to a different salon where they had to deep condition my hair and add toner to tone the grey. They said it was too damaged to go through another process.

My experience today was horrible. I was letting my hairstylist know that I was in pain but she didn’t seem bothered by it. By the time I noticed I had a REAL CHEMICAL BURN she stated “because you washed your hair before this appointment is the reason why its this sensitive.” Was not given a discount and was forced to pay full. This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON’T want a CHEMICAL BURN.

Ever since one of my friends introduced me to her, I have not gone anywhere else for my hair! It’s the cheapest place I’ve gone to cut my long hair into layers and side bangs. I’ve done 2 dye jobs with her so far and she is the best for getting the wine red color (pic below)! I recently went back to get a more natural brown with caramel highlights look for summer internship interviews and I look and feel amazing! They also have tablets to let you watch Netflix and tons of games to play if you are waiting in queue with friends!

Terrible service, waited an hour and a half for a haircut after being told it would be a 15 minute wait and then they kicked me out after closing hours. Stay far away very rude people.

Horrible service. Refused to refund after leaving a chemical burn on my mother’s head and blamed it on their sensitive skin. DO NOT GO HERE if you value service and safety.

never get your bangs cut from here she ruined my entire hair and now i’ll have to wear a hat for a couple of weeks. the lady just does whatever she wants and when you say you don’t want something she’ll do it anyways. she gives you backhanded compliments that make you self conscious and she even criticized my weight. she doesn’t care about your scalp or hair she just rips the knots right off and is too harsh. she charges way too much for a simple trim and to dye your hair. wish i could give it a zero.

Stella gave my 5year old daughter a haircut (bobcut style). I thought she did a fantastic job so I went the next day to get myself a haircut (medium length layering). When my mother saw my hair cut, she herself went the next day to get a haircut (short medium length layering). We all look fantastic. She really spends time with your hair and makes it look its best. Thank you so much. I feel so confident and happy.
