I took my mom to meet Michael (owner) 1/25, my mom uses a wiglet with curls, he said he knew how to do it. They spoke italian a bit & my mom made an appt for Friday 1/27. Before they took her hair out, I took pictures of the front, each side & the back. When Michael started doing her twist in the back it wasn’t twisted properly, my mom is 91, she told him it is a french twist & she argues that it was not. If you google it, it comes up exactly how my moms hair is. I tried to show him the pics nicely & he was getting frustrated & yelled at me that I am not a stylist. I tried to explain what he was doing was not what she wanted & did not look like the picture. He started taking out her twist & throwing the bobby pins on the floor. The lady who worked with him Daisy didn’t want to say anything to him even though she saw the hair & knew it was wrong. Then he started working on her curls & he would look at the pics or take direction at all, he thought he knew it all. My poor mom was being so nice & said please put the curl sideways instead of putting it down he would not listen & got very nasty with her. He had two people waiting for haircuts & he just gave up. Then he said it looks better now cause he did it then what she came in the salon with. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! Michael was unprofessional & not a nice man, who yells at customers that are being nice, what a waste of $. He sais it would be $25 when I originally called then when we went in, it was $30. Very bad experience for me & my mom.

Went for a haircut. He ended up charging me double . I called and asked how much for a haircut and he said $20, he finishes my hair and charged me $35 as he packed on all these things to the haircut without acknowledging it would be extra. Plus I did not like the cut. I showed him a photo and it looked nothing like the photo. I am never going back.

Michael is absolutely fantastic at his job! Went for hair colouring and blowdrying and the care and attention he took to get it perfectly done was just amazing! Love how he makes each customer feel really taken care of. Beautifully maintained and really charming Salon. Absolutely delightful experience. Will recommend to everyone!
