I went to the physical location and found out walk-ins aren’t allowed (which is understandable). There’s a call button and a directory on a screen that allows you to connect to the person providing your service, yet because it was my first time there and the door doesn’t unlock until someone buzzed you in I stayed outside for about 30mins or more. After clicking on a random name, being buzzed in, and receiving a card of one of the hairstylists (I believe to be the head stylist) I called several times a couple days after in order to schedule for an appointment because the service I want done isn’t listed on the website, and I wanted to inquire on if that service is provided. To-date I still haven’t received an answer or a call-back.
