We are a grade A full service salon located off I40 exit 104 in Fiddlers Run shopping center. We are voted Best of Burke County in 4 separate categories! We work on an appointment basis. We cannot guarantee walkins unless there is an appointment available at that time. Our regular hours are 10am to 7pm. Last clients are taken at 6pm. Nail services offered: acrylic, gel powder, gel polish, manicures, pedicures, cateye gel, chrome powder, mood gel polish, holographic gel polish, and more. Hair services offered: cuts, colors, highlights, perms, extensions, and more. Skin care services offered: waxing, facials microdermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow and lash t, and more. For this review I am speaking of my experience with a specific nail tech only. My friend and I went to get our nails done before an important beach trip. This was our first time using this salon and our nail techs were selected for us. Her nails turned out amazing and I wish I could say the same for mine. My nail tech was late and admitted that she drank a lot of coffee prior to my appointment. She was jittery the whole time and my nails ended up bumpy. I’m not a confrontational person so I just paid the amount and left a tip in case she was having a bad day. The salon as a whole has a great environment and great prices. I think everyone will have a different experience depending on their nail tech.

OH MY GOODNESS!! This is the best nail salon in Morganton! I scheduled my first appointment and they got me in at a time that wonderfully fit my schedule and in a timely manner! I walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple employees. I washed my hands and sat down and met my nail tech Drina who was so caring! I have very damaged nails from continued picking and she helped me find the best extensions for my situation and painted my nails wonderfully! She can do super cute designs but I wanted a more simple set this time. I got gel extensions and everything was done in a little over an hour! I was only charged $50 for a complete set of gels and I love them!! (This is the first salon that I could take my time, had a comfortable atmosphere, and carried on good conversation with the employees and other clients!) I was not shunned for my damaged nails; but welcomed and treated so so nicely! I have another appointment set up and I’m thrilled!!

Just a non-local driving through and needed a good waxing service. Despite being completely booked, they happily took me in before hours and did an amazing job. Very friendly staff. Clean place. Owner is amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through like me.

This place is great! Alexis is wonderful and always has my nails looking amazing. She has done many designs for me and never disappoints. Ivy did a terrific job on my pedicure. My feet feel incredible. Being a diabetic, foot care is very important and Nice Nails is the only place I trust to give me a pedicure.

Incredible service! I started taking my mother here when I wanted to get a pedicure. It was my mother’s first pedicure and she loved it. We have been going ever since. The staff is extremely kind, very understanding and patient and the services are fantastic! I am very pleased with the services provided and couldn’t be happier with the staff. My mother was so happy to have new friends to talk to.
