I go to this studio because it is very conveniently located near Redmond Campus, and only costs $5 for an upper lip wax. But I pay for the cost difference with experience. Been going here every 4-6 weeks for nearly a year, and every single visit has left me frustrated. Several times there’s been no one there at opening time. And every single time so far the experience goes like this:
