My wife had a haircut and we were really satisfied with Dianne’s work. Every single person in the Salon are so friendly. They greeted us with a wide smile and since we had an appointment, there was no waiting time. They welcome walkins also. My wife usually does her trimming at home and is really concerned about getting it done outside. Here she was really happy as Dianne asked her about her choices of haircut and really cared about the length and style my wife mentioned.. unlike her previous experiences of being pushed on having really shorter hairstyle.. which is an absolute no no for her. She got her hair washed followed by a nice bang and face framing layer without compromising the actual length in the back.

It’s honestly been difficult trying to find a salon to go to because i either wouldn’t get what i expected or i’d have a bad uncomfortable experience. Upon my search, i decided to give Salon South a try and i’ve got to say I absolutely loved it and i’m truly glad i did. The energy was not only welcoming and inviting but I also felt very comfortable. My hairdresser (unfortunately i didn’t get her name) but she was amazing!! I truly appreciated how the process for coloring my hair works. Will definitely come back again! In my love with my hair thanks so much again!! Definitely recommend!!

Diane has been cutting my hair for over 20 years now, no one else has put a scissor to my hair in that time other than Sonia, and that was just one time! My cuts are always great and allow for me to be lazy and leave huge periods of time between cuts. This review isn’t about the cuts though, it’s about my wedding day! Diane traveled 2 hours to do my bridesmaids’, mother of the groom’s, my husband’s, and my hair. Everyone’s hair came out beautifully, everyone loved the way they turned out, especially me! I LOVED my hair so much! Diane stayed through the pictures and the ceremony so she could touch me up and make sure everything was in tight and wouldn’t fall out. It was raining and humid on my wedding day, so this additional care made all of the difference for this curly haired girl! Thank you so much Di, I’d tell any girl who is getting married to use you!

I received my first hair cut last week at Salon South with Sonya one of the two owners. The service was efficient, clean and reasonably priced for a Salon ($30 for a men’s haircut/wash and style).
