I can’t even describe the type of service this salon provides! From my awesome hair dresser Kelley who can color and cut my hair to perfection everytime to the gals Carol and Jean waxing up my eyebrows to perfection to Moriah doing an incredible job for my wedding updo! This place is absolutely incredible and fair prices! Sad to leave but had to move back to AZ. Thanks for everything this last year!!

I have known Carol and Jean for years. I have followed Jean everywhere she went and when she and Carol opened up their salon in Franklin I was thrilled. I have been to both the Franklin and Norfolk locations and always feel so welcomed and relaxed. They and their staff are friendly and professional and very accommodating.

I went here a few weeks ago to get my haircut and then decided to get my nails done too. First of all she cut WAY more of my hair off than she said she was going to and I wasn’t happy about it. Then I got my nails done and it was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. There was paint all over my fingers, she constantly smudged my nails with the wooden pick they use to get the polish off your skin, and it was just bad. She had to redo each nail multiple times and it took hours. They were nice but I don’t recommend.
