Salon Sociis is a nice, clean salon that feels modern and well taken care of. I saw Sara and she did a great cut for straight hair. For curly hair folks, keep in mind that no one on staff is Deva certified even though their website says they partner with Deva. They sell Deva products. When I called, I said I had curly hair and wanted to schedule with a stylist who specialized in curly hair. I was assured that was the case. But when Sara combed out my curls, I told her that my cut is usually better when cutting based on my curl pattern (vs combing hair straight), she suggested I check out the Deva site to find a salon with a Deva stylist (which I thought Salon Sociis had). If I wore my hair straight, I would definitely go back. However with this cut, my hair doesn’t lay right when I wear it curly, which I do most days.

I took my kids there for the first time today. Dawn was amazing! She greeted us as we walked in and it went smoothly from there. She was so careful with how my kids wanted their haircuts. One of my boys had a really bad experience from his last haircut at another salon and Dawn was so good with him. He said it was the best haircut he ever got. Thank you Dawn! We will be seeing you from now on!
