You won’t regret it!I moved away from Virginia 7 years ago, but had the opportunity last month while in town to pay a visit to my former stylist, Thomas. I had never gotten over losing him as my stylist when I moved away, so I jumped at the opportunity to make a big change to my “quarantine drab” locks. With very few parameters, I let Thomas set his creativity loose, and he did NOT disappoint! He wasn’t feeling the teal tones he had on the shelf, so he went ahead and created a one-of-kind original color!!Not only that, but I’m approaching the seven-week mark since my appointment and the vibrancy that my vivids are holding onto is unprecedented. As expected, my roots are growing out and there has been some fading to my vivids. But they are waaaaay brighter than I would have expected them to look this many weeks after. I attribute this to both Thomas’ legendary skills, and my having followed all his care instructions.From start to finish, everything about my time in the salon was fun and professional. They have an open layout that makes their space feel bright and welcoming. Decorated beautifully and very clean. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and engaging. They encourage a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that even had the other salon guests interacting and laughing with each other.I will always and forever recommend Thomas and his team at Salon Sixty820 to anyone even remotely within driving…or flying distance. It feels like home as soon as you walk in and I personally never want to leave ! Thomas has done my hair for 20 years and I trust all the salon staff to do my locks and would recommend them all ! My current locks were just done by Abby and I am beyond thrilled . We worked together to find a look that is practical for me everyday and she had a vision I didn’t have..that is a true gift only the best stylists have bc it is derived from passion and top notch education/training ! I can’t say enough good things about this very family oriented salon ! It feels like home as soon as you walk in and I personally never want to leave ! Thomas has done my hair for 20 years and I trust all the salon staff to do my locks and would recommend them all ! My current locks were just done by Abby and I am beyond thrilled .
