This was my first ever haircut by a professional and it was a great experience. If you’re reading reviews like i always do to find out if you should go to a specific business then look no further. This was my first ever haircut by a professional and it was a great experience. I usually just shave it down with clippers but wanted to get an actual haircut for once and I am glad I did it was a pleasant experience and if you’re reading this just go ahead and call to get your appointment. She listened carefully to me when I explained what I wanted for a final result, she studied my fine, curly hair and then she gave me a fabulous haircut. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciated the way the salon had definite COVID procedures in place so that I felt safe and comfortable in the hair salon. Last Saturday was the first time I went to Salon 16. What an excellent experience! Stephanie was the hair stylist who cut my hair. She listened carefully to me when I explained what I wanted for a final result, she studied my fine, curly hair and then she gave me a fabulous haircut. She was professional, friendly, and helpful.
