I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so after a series of horrible experiences at this salon. I’ve been going since high school, for 6 years now, and finally decided that I will not be returning due to their terrible service. For a long time, one staff member would talk bad about me in Hindi while doing my eyebrows thinking I did not understand her. I finally confronted her and she nervously tried changing the subject. How can you be so disrespectful to a customer, especially when I am always respectful and appreciative and I always tip 25%. The salon is notorious for their long waits and lack of greetings, but these last two days were ridiculous. I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done, waited for ten minutes, was never approached, and left because there was only one person doing hair and she was on her phone so I couldn’t approach her. I went today at 6pm and waited an hour just to be told it’s closing time and I should come in tomorrow. What a waste of time, they should have approached me and told me they were too busy. She didn’t seem apologetic at all.

I have been getting my hair done at Salon Simran for years. They are absolutely amazing! Monica takes a lot of time to understand the needs and always makes sure that the end result is up to my satisfaction. She is really good at facials too. Monica is very talented and good at what she does!! You can trust her. Even Halima is great! She takes a lot of care be it eyebrows or hair color/style. Halima is really skilled at everything she does and super nice and caring!!!

I did haircut here and the staff was not at all friendly. She was in hurry to go out and didn’t even dry my hair properly. Everywhere they will set the hair after the cut. But she just did it for my front hair but not the remaining. It was showing messy for me and I asked to do the remaining. She was saying that she will charge extra for that. Hmm it’s a strange experience. Usually I feel good after my hair cut. But not this time

Helmina is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for threading my eyebrows for over 7 years. She takes great attention to detail and always does a fantastic job. My sister also uses her for hair cutting & color. Highly recommend her!

The previous review was absolutely true. I have experienced the same when I went for a haircut for my daughter months back. They just disrespect and speak in Hindi about the customers assuming they don’t understand. If they don’t respect the customers, customers can do the same to their business…just find another decent salon. Haircut
