Shellz is A maz ing …period!! She does a great job everytime!! She can do any style and take care of your hair while doing it! I just moved from another state and had to find another hairstylist!! So glad I found her!! She is so funny and entertaining. Love this salon and the employees!! All very nice people!! I definitely recommend Shellz especially for the curly girls!!

The owner Tal and his one sister Miriam are liars. They will break your trust, their word means nothing. The sister Miriam promised this and that and to fix this and that as the manager of the place but her brother the owner comes along with an attitude, giving lectures, asking for me to explain the situation all over again with many, many crazy questions even though I just explained every single detail with his sister who is the manager,… He wouldn’t let me off the phone when I repeatedly told him I had to go take my mother for her blood transfusion, I had to hang up on him. They promised to right the wrong but as of today they still haven’t reached out to me when I was promised they would. They also went back when they said they wouldn’t and told the girl who worked with me that I complained when they said they would not and it would be kept confidential. Now it’s very awkward between me and this girl. Very sneaky people. They don’t care about you, only their profit. Too many good salons and salon owners out there who actually do care, don’t lie or break promises and that do care how things to out and whether you’re happy or not for you to be stuck getting ripped off by these scammers . Don’t waste your time or money, go to a good salon where they are honest and do care. Tal can save his lectures. This is not how we do business in the United States Of America. Learn from my mistake and go someplace else.. Too many great salons out there to take a chance here.

This is my new fave hair salon…affordable, not too busy, easy to find (located right across from Giant shopping center), and you know how sometimes the stylists at these salons hate each other and there’s a very tense vibe and they’re all ridiculing the client who just left (and you wonder what they’ll say about YOU after you leave)? Well, that’s def NOT here…good atmosphere. The highlights in the pic were done by Traci G. She also rescued my daughter’s hair color catastrophe.

Can’t remember her name since I lost interest in it the first time she turned my chair and I saw the back.. I went in asking for an inverted bob (showed her a pic of what I wanted) and to have my very thick hair thinned out a little… and I walked out with the back cut above my ears and sides to my chin.. it looks RIDICULOUS and I am so mortified I don’t even want to go to work on Monday. It’s not even blended anywhere.. I now have to pay someone else to fix this mess after being told she has been cutting hair for 30 years and to trust her. Will never go to this salon again even though I know the other stylists know what they’re doing. I tried to leave with a smile on my face as to not cause a scene but have been in tears all day.
