I have been going to Salon Shampoo for almost 10 years now. They are the most incredible group of women and great at their job. Critical: QualityFirst time at Salon Shampoo, and it will be my last….my appointment was with the junior stylist…I have short hair, and needed a shape up…overall, the haircut I received was ok….although when the stylist was cleaning up my edges with the clipper, I felt that the clippers were a bit sharp…. I didn’t notice until much later that the back of my neck was tremendously bruised and scratched! After contacting the salon, I assume it was the owner who called me…she offered me a refund and asked me to come back to the salon I order to see my neck…upon my return, the junior stylist was waiting for me & apologized…yet she claims that she didn’t realize she was hurting me! I find it incomprehensible that she didn’t see the bruising and scratches on my neck….I cannot fathom how she continued to use these clippers, while it was obvious that the back of my neck was bruised!
