My first visit to the salon was in December of 2016 with Ondrea. She’s incredibly talented and very sweet. I went back again for a new cut and color and I absolutely love the results. I definitely recommend this salon and booking an appointment with her. She’s the best!

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment 1:45, they called me before the appointment. They said one of the hairstylist is running 15 minutes late, she will be ready by 2. Then I went to the salon and notified the hairstylist that I was here waiting. Waited about 15 to 20 mintues and I wanted to get my hair done before 4. I went to the reception and to see how long will it take. She went back to the hairstylist and she told me that the hairstylist needs 10 minutes more and she will not get my hair blown by 4. Then I left and cancel my appointment. If you want to get your hair done in time, I would not recommend this salon. They are making a lot of excuses.

I don’t like going to chains for haircuts since one of them gave me a bowl cut. I called ahead and made an appointment with Ondrea and she knocked it out of the park after a quick look at a couple photos of what I wanted. I will be back on a regular basis.

Their online prices are not what they charge. I ended up paying 3 times more than expected. Price varies because of their hair dressers. When booking they did not say that. I could have got the same thing done for a third of the price. Should have paid around 120. Ended up paying 345. Will never go back. False advertisement.

I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes while people chatted and laughed in a back room and 3 stylists saw me but never asked if I needed help. Later I called and all the girl told me was that the receptionist leaves at 6… No “I’m sorry… can I help you?” Nothing. I guess they don’t need my business.
