Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is so welcoming and I felt so comfortable from the minute I walked in. Alexa did an amazing job with my hair. I told her what I wanted and it literally turned out 100 times better than what I envisioned!! Everyone checked on me frequently and made sure I was doing great, even Jayda (the salon pup) came up a few times and let me snuggle her while my color was processing which was definitely one of the many highlights. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is so welcoming and I felt so comfortable from the minute I walked in. Alexa did an amazing job with my hair. I told her what I wanted and it literally turned out 100 times better than what I envisioned!! I was greeted by the owner in a very pleasant way. I was a little early for my appointment so they offered me a drink while I waited. When I walked out that day I felt like a new person ready to go out on the town! I’m home all day with kids so this is exactly what I needed to feel pretty again. I would recommend Salon Sestra to any and everyone who wants an amazing hair experience. I have been to many salons over the years an Salon Sestra is by far my favorite! I walked in and felt comfortable immediately! I was greeted by the owner in a very pleasant way. I was a little early for my appointment so they offered me a drink while I waited. When I walked out that day I felt like a new person ready to go out on the town! I’ve been going to Salon Sestra for a few years now. This is one of my favorite places to go, everyone is kind and I always leave with great hair. If I ever have any concerns, I am able to get in contact with my stylist quickly. They recommend products for my specific hair and what I can do to keep it looking nice.
