Had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing facial with Anita. My first time a month ago I did the 60 minute facial and it was so nice I treated myself to the 90 minute facial this time and I’m so glad I did! Anita does a fantastic job and my skin looks and feels great. This salon is very cute, clean and professional. I was even able to get an eyebrow waxing without having an appointment right after my facial. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. I will be back and highly recommend.

Heather has been doing my hair since before the pandemic when I first moved to the area. She’s awesome and the reason I came to Serenity. I followed her. What a great move for her and thus, me. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, caring, and professional. I haven’t tried any of their many services but I definitely plan to. I’ve been here a total of 3 times, and drove almost an hour to come here to get highlights. The stylists I worked with did an amazing job and I have no complaints about their work. But the customer service could be much much better. I had a coupon texted to me (with absolutely no expiration date), and the last time I went In it wasn’t honored since i guess it “expired already.” This coupon was good for the next FIVE hairstyles. I was not impressed at all and even showed proof there was no expiration at check out after my hair was already done. This resulted in only getting half of the discount after speaking with who I believe was the manager. This was a few months ago so I don’t remember who I spoke to or if she’s even there anymore. But I will not be back.
