Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment today to get my makeup done at 10:30 this morning. I’m taking holiday photos with my husband and daughter. As I’m sitting in the parking lot getting ready to go in at 10:30am I get a phone call. It ended up being the makeup artist letting me know she could not do my makeup because her child wasn’t feeling well. Now I’m a firm believer that our children 100% come first, but to call at the exact time my appointment was scheduled? It would have been more professional to call at a minimum a half hour earlier. It took me about a half hour to drive there. She also mentioned that there was no one else available to do it. So now I’m stranded. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeatrice listened and did exactly what I asked for but better! The color and cut was amazing, she was easy to talk to and so nice. The salon is really nice too! Loved my first experience here and I’ll definitely be going back.
