I will put some blame on myself for my experience. I trusted someone who was unsure of herself, but if you cant cut a certain style you should be honest with your client. My hair looked nothing like the pictures I send and was completely butchered. No blending, layering was everywhere, and definitely didnt know how to shape shorter hair.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment scheduled for today at 10:00 am. When I arrived the lights were off in the shop. I waited until right at 10 to text the stylist and let her know that I was there. She then told me she was running at least 30 minutes late, although I had already been sitting waiting for 15. She didn’t give me any warning, only asked if I could go run errands when I let her know I was there at the correct time for my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for today at 10:00 am. When I arrived the lights were off in the shop. I waited until right at 10 to text the stylist and let her know that I was there. She then told me she was running at least 30 minutes late, although I had already been sitting waiting for 15. She didn’t give me any warning, only asked if I could go run errands when I let her know I was there at the correct time for my appointment.
