When you book an appointment (2 weeks out) for a full-color and you only get a couple of tinfoils with developer on the top of your head. Called and asked to get it fixed they told her, “it says here that you only booked for highlights”. Nah I was sitting there helping her set up the appointment (over the phone) because she’s never had her hair colored before — I’m most confident she asked for full color. 🙂 But ya 10/10 would recommend a trip to Sally’s and a good Brad Mondo video. Also, the highlights are unnoticeable but I guess she’s gotta “go sit in the sun” if she wants to see any difference.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI really appreciate the cleanliness of the salon, the professionalism of the staff and how they stand by, respect and enforce the covid-19 safety practices when so many people don’t or blatantly ignore the law. I am assured and reassured that they will protect my safety when I go there. I have never had an issue with their professional work as it has always been too notch and that has not changed, but they really go the extra mile to make sure that I am safe in today’s new world. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the salon, the professionalism of the staff and how they stand by, respect and enforce the covid-19 safety practices when so many people don’t or blatantly ignore the law. Don’t even bother trying to get your lashes done on a Friday. They will call in sick a couple hours before. Two fridays in a row I couldn’t get my lashes done and both Friday’s they said the girl was sick. Hair is great! Never had a problem with any of the hairstylist, in fact I will only get my hair done with Sashay in Bemidji, I just will never try getting my lashes done with Heidi again!

Critical: PunctualityThe nearest appointment was a week and a half out so I scheduled it. They canceled thirty minutes prior to my appointment. That’s perfectly ok, sometimes things just come up. So I went in to reschedule my appointment and rescheduled it. Again, something came up thirty minutes prior to the appointment. Frustrating.
