Stephanie was great! My first time there. Everyone was so nice and professional. The Salon was decorated festive and they made me feel very important as soon as I walked in. Stephanie gave me very attentive service and advice on how to treat my hair. Definitely will be coming back soon.

This is my favorite place to go, it’s a salon for those that like the “everybody knows your name” crowd or the personal and private grooming experience. They have a staff of professional hair treatment experts, as well as a certified esthetician in house. Whatever your hair type or look, they can make it better. I’ve personally had JUSTINE as my mothercutter for over 15 years, but I will stand by any of the technicians you choose. If you don’t have an your appointment yet, your missing out.

Unreal. My experience at this salon was extremely horrific and I’d advise staying away. My AMAZING stylist was out of town and I had a hair emergency and needed a quick fix so I contacted this salon for a walk in, mostly because of the positive reviews. That was my first mistake. I had light blonde hair and “dishwater brown”color roots ( according to the stylist ). I needed some brass taking out and some chunky pieces broken up. I agreed to have a lowlight and shadow root applied to my hair. I left the salon with the lowlight as described however my roots came out a very pigmented sort of copper or strawberry blonde.( while my hair was processing, the stylist repeatedly told me how she thinks I should be a red head ) I was very upset over this because orange is not a color I feel good about and not what I asked for! Because I was very very unhappy over this transformation I contacted the stylist for a refund, this is not usually something I do but I did not feel comfortable with this stylist doing my hair another time to correct the mistake. Upon contacting her my boyfriend and I were verbally harassed and told we were desperate for money and too young to understand what we were doing. She also insisted the brassy tone was “just part of the color correction process”. Even though my roots were not even part of the initial issue. My boyfriend and I handled the situation very kind and professionally, while we were met with childish rage. I will say the salon owner took note of the issue and was definitely concerned by my experience. If you get your hair done here go with the owner or anyone other than Melissa!
