Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give 10 stars I would! This was the best hair experience of at least my adult life if not the whole thing. Rachel was very patient and engaged when I was describing a hair color I wasn’t even sure existed but she nailed it! The color is perfect, the cut is exactly what I wanted and it was amazing that she was just as excited about the hair as I was! If I could give 10 stars I would! This was the best hair experience of at least my adult life if not the whole thing. Rachel was very patient and engaged when I was describing a hair color I wasn’t even sure existed but she nailed it! The color is perfect, the cut is exactly what I wanted and it was amazing that she was just as excited about the hair as I was! Excellent salon, I will be going here for all of my hair needs from now on! I highly recommend this place!

Critical: QualityI went in for highlights and came out with my hair like this. I asked only for my coupon price of 87$ and the manager Rachel said I could go into the salon and get refunded for the damage to my shirt. I live over an hour away and asked if she would only refund for the coupon price not even the whole 117$ I paid. She hasn’t answered me in weeks. I’m assuming I’m not getting refunded. She dropped bleach all over my shirt and twice on the top of my head. I had to pay someone else get my hair fixed. I went in for highlights and came out with my hair like this. I asked only for my coupon price of 87$ and the manager Rachel said I could go into the salon and get refunded for the damage to my shirt.
