Just got my hair colored, cut and styled. I had just taken my extensions out so my hair was a mess! I was so pleased when I left the salon! Leah Sanchez was amazing and so sweet! I am such a picky person and I absolutely love my hair and am getting compliments on the cut all the time! Go see her!

I don’t have the typical “just give me a trim” hair; it’s curly, wavy and fine. Jamie listens and takes the time to get it perfect. Best stylist/colorist I have had in a very long time! I enjoyed the salon experience as well. Everyone there is very friendly and personable.

Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment for a hair cut. Never been here but thought I’d give it a try as it is close to my work. Got a text from the stylist yesterday that she had to reschedule my appointment for the today. I was ok with that. Moved my schedule around to be available. Get another text from the stylist today that she has to cancel again! No offer to get me in with someone else, just got to come another day. Texted back nope, I’ll go somewhere else! These girls are amazing. Best place ever gotten my hair cut. For my last haircut I wasn’t able to make an appointment in time so I got it at a quick cut place instead and was regretting not going to sage for a whole month until I could get back in there and get it fixed

Mallory at Salon Sage is AWESOME!!! I tried 3 different hairstylists in Rockwall and could not find anyone that did my hair as well as she did. I drive an hour to have her do my hair. She is great!!!!!!

I had got it scheduled for haircut and blow out, Miss April had an emergency . I respect the importance of an emergency situation, just that they did not have any back ups or the courtsey to call me prior so that I could have made alternate arrangements. Its gonna be bad start for the holiday and my birthday. One star for bad customer service. Have no experience of any othet sevices.
