I’m proud to leave a 5 star review for ruby hair salon and if I could leave more stars I would. They are so caring. They do amazing job with the hair. They have the best hair stylists. They always give you your receipt and even explain to you the cost even though they charge very little for the amazing job they do. I never seen any extra charge or anything wrong here. They are super nice. They pamper you from beginning to an end. They are very efficient with appointment times and accommodating. They always listen to you with what hair you like. They talk very nicely to the customers. They do great hair. I love it and the price is great. Ruby is also a very good guy with a great heart. I enjoy paying at this business so much. I feel like home when I’m there. For example, if I say I like 1 wash on my hair they exactly do as I say or if I ask to cut my hair with certain style they exactly do what I like. I love their amazing hair so much I always leave a generous tip here ❤️ Their hair stylists deserve a great tip to be honest. I love this place because I feel so welcomed here. ok I don’t know where to start. This is BAD. I usually go with danielle for all my haircuts and blowouts but thsi time she was busy. So I asked on the phone if there was anyone else in the salon that was good or EXPERIENCED, so they suggested Neev. They told me he was doing hair for 20 years, and he was very good. When I tell you they over hyped him, I mean they OVER hyped him. When I got to my appointment they asked me if I needed to wash my hair and I said yes, but instead they quickly sat me down to get my haircut by Neve. I have very curly hair naturally so having my hair wet before my haircut is crucial. Neev was Beyond unprofessional, he brushed my hair and he soaked it with the cheap $10 spray I found on Amazon. He told me it was very good. At that point I knew I would be writing this review. He asked me how much I wanted to cut off and I said only the dead hair but keep the length. I also asked for long layers, and without proper measurements he proceeded to cut my hair. IT WAS SO UNEVEN. He cut my hair short in the middle long in the front, and asymmetrical EVERYWHERE. worst part is that the Layers were blunt and short (to my shoulders). However, he did a very good job blowing my hair out straight, it lasted a long time.
