I am sorry to leave a bad review but Rubi’s work is either hit or miss (she did my hair at least 4 times). Previous time I came with balayage that she did and asked her to light my top . Finally top of my hair came out 2 shades darker then Expected.

States that if you have to cancel an appointment the day of you will be charged half of what you were going to get done.. reasonable, I totally get that. So why did she charge my sister the full amount and refused to answer any of her calls or emails? She couldn’t make it to her appointment because our mom was in the hospital, so she tried to call the day of but no answer. Wrote her an email to explain why she wouldn’t make it. Yet rubi chose to never answer or respond and charged her more than what she was supposed to even get done. Still refuses to answer. so since she wants to rob from people, we had to file a claim with our bank. Used to personally go to her myself but stopped after her unprofessional service. Warned my sister not to go and unfortunately she got to see for herself too.

Their prices are more affordable than most lash places and Cruz is so friendly and efficient! Their prices are more affordable than most lash places and Cruz is so friendly and efficient! My lashes lasted so long and I felt very comfortable in this salon, it is clean and they do a variety of services as well. I absolutely love this little salon! I’m Asian, and no one has EVER been able to achieve the blonde that Rubi gives me. It’s gorgeous! Rubi definitely takes her time and I never feel rushed. I’m also not a chatterbox and I appreciate Rubi letting me sit in her chair while she does her magic without having to converse. Never have I found someone that I want to go back to again and again but I will always return to this place for my hair. Thanks so much for your amazing work Rubi!

I’ve had better experiences in the past at Ruby’s. This last visit she overbooked 3 clients at the same time. I spent 30 minutes waiting for her to finish up her first client. Then, not even half way through my visit she started working on another client while leaving me waiting with cold wet hair and neck hanging kinked back over the sink for another half hour. Ouch! After 2 and a half hours all she really had done was color my roots. I’d asked her to blend in my blonde highlights. I don’t dare complain because she doesn’t have that, “The customer is always right” kind of business. NOT GOING BACK!

My first visit to Salon Rubi and I am hooked!!! The feel if the salon is good vibes and calm which I felt was also in the ladies working there. They were personable but not too much. She allowed me to relax and enjoy he service. Also the ladies were very helpful to each other displaying excellent work ethic. That was impressive. Since i went for the estimate appointment until i left with my beautiful hair longer. I got the tape in extension and i was told the quantity i was gonna need, and ended up needing more but she was prepared with extra. My hair looks amazing and i have gotten a doze of compliments im not exaggerating, she gave me tips of how to prolong the quality of my hair. Overall i would give her 10 stars if i could.
