Today was my first time going to this braiding center and I must say not only am I absolutely pleased with my hair but the service was wonderful too. The owner as well as the two other ladies that were in the shop were very nice and helpful. The shop is very clean and over all a good environment. I will be back! Booked an appt for 1 pm today and took off work. I even let the stylist I talked to know I’d be be taking off for the appt. She didn’t give me much info, in fact I had to call back to confirm pricing. I called today while on my way to the appt to confirm I could pay with debit. Whoever answered the phone was confused and told me I didn’t have an appt. She said it must’ve been at 2 because someone else was being worked on. I told her I’d come at 2 then. She then took my number and said no she’d call me back when the other person was done. It’s now past 2:30 I called back to make sure it was possible for me to be seen today. Although my previous calls were answered after a couple rings, this call wasn’t answered at all. Very unprofessional. Even if they call me back now I’m not going.

Im sorry to say this Roza but your sister is unnecessary RUDE. Its a business and customer service is the big part of business but she definitely needs training in such things. I started getting my hair done here and planned to stay here although I know your not gonna miss my business even though I tip every time. Loyalty has its limit and I felt unwelcome by your sister to come back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThis place is extremely tacky and unprofessional. Lady started on my daughter’s hair 1 hr AFTER our appointment. After like 3-4 twist on my daughter’s natural hair it wasn’t coming out right so she took it down. I said that’s OK just braid it back. She then proceeded to say “well you comb it I gotta go home”. Excuse me? YOU were late. She made my daughter cry. The shop was nice, the people were professional and the atmosphere was inviting. The hairstyle came out amazing. I will definitely recommend this shop and will return. Critical: QualityUnfortunately I was unable to bring my daughter to get her hair done and my husband took her. Her hair looks horrible and I would not have paid for this service. A simple two braids and she has hair sticking out and it looks as if she’s had it for weeks. Would NOT recommend.
