I asked for very natural looking highlights, and I got them. Maybe its a little too natural, but Carla did offer to put some brighter ones in if I wanted. Cut, biolage highlights and a style was almost $200. And you can’t add tip to your credit card. However every one is very nice. It’s a full service salon so they could do anything. I will go back to the same stylist.

Critical: ProfessionalismNever in my life have I experienced a business treat a 30+ year customer who is an older woman in her late 80’s with the disrespect and lack of consideration for being 15 mins late to an appointment that she called ahead and told them she would be late for because her Uber didn’t show up. Absolutely no value for their loyal customer. She was in tears! The shop was empty at 1:45 pm on a Friday and I don’t wonder why after today’s experience! Never in my life have I experienced a business treat a 30+ year customer who is an older woman in her late 80’s with the disrespect and lack of consideration for being 15 mins late to an appointment that she called ahead and told them she would be late for because her Uber didn’t show up. Completely overpriced for a mediocre haircut. Walked in and there was 2 girls at the reception desk, one on the phone and the other didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Once the one girl finished her phone call, I was then greeted.

Every precautionary move has been made; masks, sanitizer, distancing, partitioning, removal of coffee machine and water fountain, etc. I go with every confidence possible these days. It is better than the grocery or the drugstore.
