Billy does a great job. I need my hair to be cut short, nothing fancy. Billy always uses scissors first and then a machine to trim the last few. It does make a difference getting a traditional old style scissor hair cut.

I strongly recommend Monica! I’m very picky and cautious about hairstylists like many people are, and I’m so grateful to have found Monica! She’s very talented (really, you can tell from the way she does her job!), friendly, honest, and humble. I also think her rates are very reasonable. I love her professionalism to do her job best, every time I go to her for haircut and highlights on which I get compliments from other hairstylists (and other clients at the salon) and people I know ‘and’ strangers passing by! She also takes courses and training every year to keep updating her skills and knowledge (I learned this from our casual conversation about our travels), which makes her talent work even better (I thought, ‘No wonder you’re that good!’)!

I have been going to Rever Salon monthly for more than a year now. I specifically request for Billy to handle my hair needs when I go. But sometimes when he is too busy, I end up with someone else working on my hair which I don’t mind since Billy is there to supervise. I usually have my roots touched up and have deep conditioning done monthly. I have my hair trimmed every 2-3 months and have my highlights done every 4-5 months. Billy does a very good job which is why I recommended 2 friends to have their hair done at this salon. Both my friends now also go regularly. One has Suzette and Monique handling her hair needs and she is very happy. Thanks, Suzette and Monique for doing a great job which is why my friend keeps coming back to you! I also just recently took my daughter-in-law and grandson (2yrs. 8 mos. old) to have their hair cut and they both look great and are happy too! Thanks for taking care of my hair needs as well as my friends’ and family’s!

Love this cozy hair salon located in Walnut Creek! It is hard to find a good hairdresser in East Bay. I am so glad to discover this salon and find Billy. Billy is the best of the best stylist in Bay Area. I trust Billy to work on my hair color and love every time when I have my hair trim or cut. He is an amazing artist and has done an excellent job on my hair. I always get many, many compliments from my friends and coworkers and they ask me where I’m having my hair done. In fact, one of my friends went to Rever and asked Billy working on her hair color and highligh. She is very happy of her new look. Billy is awesome and I highly recommend him to all my friends who are looking for a change!
