I called and spoke with Michael to schedule a DevaCut and he was nothing but kind and pleasant. On the day of my appointment I drove to the location that my GPS had listed as the Salon Reveal address and it took me to his previous location so I ended up missing my appointment, which I was not upset about since it seemed to be a minor mishap. Michael was very kind and offered to come in on his day off at 9 am. I show up for the second time we set to find the salon doors locked and no one there to answer the phone. I waited for 15 minutes to see if anyone would show or answer the phone, and ended up leaving a message with my name and phone number to be contacted at. I realize it was his day off so he might have forgotten, so I waited a few days for maybe even a courtesy call or to try to make a third appointment but never received one. I was very upset as I was really looking forward to meeting Michael because of how wonderful he was on the phone and how many fabulous reviews he received online, as I am sure he is a great stylist.

The salon was nice, the stylist was nice and the service was ok as well. I had a few silver strands that I wanted covered up but that did not get covered up. I received a follow up phone call to find out how the service was. When I answered the question about how they could improve their service and I explained that I didn’t like the fact that not all silver got covered up the person calling (not the stylist) was very rude and said “maybe I don’t understand” but never asked me to explain it again. Instead she said “have a nice day” and hung up on me. Very rude and just because of that I feel that the next time I want to spend $170 on my hair someone else will get my business.
