I was VERY specific as to what I wanted and so was my friend of which we came to Huntington for our vacation together that we saved our money for and my friends husband gave us gift cards so we could have fun. Although he was nice, he told both of us how excited he was to do our hair because we had virgin hair. Well he butchered my friends hair and the color wasnt even close to what she showed him. She hasn’t had her hair done in over 10 years because of super bad experiences so when she showed him the picture of what she wanted he said no problem at all. Well as you can see in the pictures it is NOT anywhere close to what she asked for. He could’ve just been honest with her and told her it wasnt possible. We tried to get ahold of him with no answer or response at all to have it fixed. We tried another highly rated salon and the stylist laughed at what he told my friend he could do because it was impossible to get her hair that way and he should’ve told her that to begin with. Of course she paid over $400 for her cut and color! She couldn’t stop crying. Just pathetic that someone would do this just for the money and hustle us.Service: Hair coloringDo NOT go here!!! I was VERY specific as to what I wanted and so was my friend of which we came to Huntington for our vacation together that we saved our money for and my friends husband gave us gift cards so we could have fun.
